• Exhibitors: 6 ft table, chair, waste basket, electricity; registration, breakfast and lunch for 1 attendee 
• Gold sponsors: 2 tables, 4 chairs, waste basket, electricity; registration, breakfast and lunch for 4 attendees
• Silver sponsors: 2 tables, 2 chairs, waste basket, electricity; registration, breakfast and lunch for 2 attendees
• 2 hours of unopposed exhibitor time
• Set up: October 27 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. or October 28 from 7:15 - 8:15 a.m.
• Tear down: October 28 at 4:30 p.m.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellation requests received prior to October 1, 2026.  There is a $75 fee for cancellation requests received October 1, 2026, and after.
