Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be received no later than March 18, 2026, in order to receive a refund.  A $30 processing fee will apply to each credit card refund.  After March 18, 2026, no refunds will be issued.

CRCE Policy
In order to earn continuing education approved by the AARC, you must attend each session for which you request credit AND submit an online event evaluation by the deadline.  If you miss the deadline for submitting your evaluation, you will not receive continuing education credits and you will not receive a refund.
